4wks prego but cervix is still low,not hard but not too soft either can't tell if cervix is open. heard it's supposed to be high and soft is this bad.

Early PG cervix: Expectations are high in early pregnancy, but anatomical changes initially are slow. That includes cervical changes. Give it some time and BIG changes will occur in the 2nd trimester. The cervix should now be closed.
