No: The earliest way to tell if you are pregnant is with an early detection pregnant test done on your first voided urine in the morning. This can be positive even a few days before a missed period.

Difficult: It is easier and more reliable to do a home pregnancy test than to try to examine the consistency of the cervix to determine if you are pregnant. See a provider for assistance.
