Pneumonia: Your symptoms are non specific. It sounds like you may have had a throat infection which has now tracked down to your lungs. You may very well be developing Bronchitis or early pneumonia if you are experiencing upper back pain as well. Please see your doctor for a review, you may need a Chest X Ray at this stage.

What is question: You are not specific about what you need help with. Did you see a ENT surgeon and get a thorough exam with fiber optic laryngoscopy? This is what needs to be done. Good luck!
