Runs w knee/leg pain: May be tendonitis, IT band ( from hip to knee), patella mal-alignment,patellofemoral syndrome, shin splits / stress fracture. Would check for patella alignment,meniscus, flat feet, check shoes that they are not worn, consider kinesiotape on knees, shins, ice, rest. Follow up with ortho/ podiatry as you have to take a break from running if stress /fracture or shin splits
