See doctor : A variety of causes from muscle to more serious such as appendicitis. Hard to tell the difference without an assessment. Please see your doctor urgently for examination and tests. Once it becomes clear what is causing the pain then will know how to stop/reduce it

More info needed: More description of your discomfort is needed in order to make a differential diagnosis. If you are in severe, persistent pain you should be seen in the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and treatment can be given. Inflammation of the intestine, appendicitis or incarcerated hernia are some possibilities.

Get evaluated: If you have no kidney or liver problem, you may take Acetaminophen or an anti-inflammatory until you see someone ASAP. They can help better figure out what is wrong- what u have - and treat you accordingly.
