Hard to tell without: A physical exam as this pain does not follow any specific dermatomes or nerve patterns. That's not to say it is not, just difficult to say without exam. It could be a number of things from a kidney stone to referred facet pain to a psoas spasm to multiple nerve entrapments. Are you having any other abdominal symptoms? Recommend seeing a dr.
