Requires GYN exam: Cannot be diagnosed online and requires a pelvic exam and testing. This may be hormonal, inflammatory or infectious in nature, This may be related to endometriosis or other disorders of the female reproductive system. I suggest calling for a GYN exam asap. If not allergic you can try using either Aleve OR ibuprofen at recommended doses until you can be seen.
