Where is cramping?: Are you referring to cramping in right arm, right leg, right side of chest, abdomen, pelvis? If it occurred in pelvis 2wks prior to menses, it might be mittelschmerz or ovulatory pain. Could be a (kidney) stone if right flank. Ovarian torsion would be in pelvis. Lots of reasons or possible causes. Need to go see your family doctor for an evaluation. Good luck!
