Many causes: If your pregnancy test is positive, you must see your md as soon as possible. A condition known as ectopic pregnancy which can be life-threatening is a possibility. A threatened miscarriage is another possibility. If you are not pregnant and your symptoms do not resolve after one cycle, see your health care provider.
