Dandruff : of the dog attached to its hairs is the main problem, not the hair itself, and that applies to other hairy animals that some people are allergic to. Being allergic to one dog and not the other depends on the amount of allergen you were exposed to, can be there some dogs that are non-allergenic, maybe, but rather they may not be shedding as much dandruff, which male animals do more than females
