Pseudocyesis: One possibility is pseudocyesis or false pregnancy which is a psychological disturbance or occasionally a hormonal disturbance where the patient has many of the symptoms and occasionally some signs of pregnancy but is not pregnant. I recommend an evaluation by your obgyn for diagnosis and advice.
