Relax: We try to avoid using any product with salycelates (aspirin like) meds in kids under 16 due to an association with Reye syndrome. That process affected a fraction ( not all) of those exposed who also had influenza A/B or chickenpox. Since we began to avoid salycelates, Reye syndrome has almost disappeared.I would consider your risk exceedingly low.
