I was prescribed Azithromycin yesterday for abnormal discharge as well as an odor. It said on the bottle take four tablets once daily. My pharmacist told me to take all four in one day. I took it yesterday but I still haven't noticed a change. ?

I only had oral sex. Ive been having green discharge and slight itch no odor,and burning when urinantion. Ive been prescribed 1 shot of ceftriaxone 1 mg and azithromycin orally 1mg dose and fluconazole 3 two weeks,why theres still green discharge?
