Are you at least 14y: It sounds like you may have nodulocystic acne vulgaris. Hard to diagnose w/out photo/exam. Start with hot compress over area at night & go to your doc to see if you could obtain retin-A product & a systemic - not topical - antibiotic. Stay aggressive with treatment because you don't want the infection to grow towards eyes (called periorbital cellulitis) Your doc might want to incise & drain lesion
