Neurologist eval.: There are many reasons for a person to have hand tremors. Some are inherited, some are due to medications, and some are from fatigue and muscle soreness as well as other causes. A neurologist should be able to help you sort through all the possibilities and eliminate problems. If you are lucky enough to have a neurologist specializing in movement disorders, that's best.
