Hi - I am 34 and been having random patchy goosebumps appear on my left thigh that come and go. I am not cold when they appear and its local to one spot on my leg. Every now and again I will get them on my arm. What is the cause for this?

Both feet and ankles turn red and have a burning itchy sensation mainly around my toes. The veins also bulge out and it happens mostly when standing in one spot for a while and more in the evening/night. I also sometimes feel numbness. Any ideas?
