Sessile polyp?: i think you may be searching a word that is misspelled. polyps can be described as sessile. so what you write about sounds like sessile polyp. cecal referes to the location where it was found- the cecum you can look that up

Sessile polyp: I think you mean sessile (flat) Cecal polyp.
