No: Whatever little pieces of stuff are accidentally swallowed (including little bones, seeds, plastic, glass, metal, etc...) will be pooped out. Dangerous objects are magnets, button batteries, and larger or sharper intentionally-eaten items.

Doubtful: It is unlikely that a tiny piece of plastic will Injure your pharynx,esophagus or intestinal tract if you have no symptoms of discomfort in any of these areas or obvious bleeding or black stools.
