Normal and no: It is perfectly normal for the tooth to be sensitive following the procedure... The tooth was traumatized. No, swallowing part of a filling will not harm your baby.. Nothing is being absorbed into your bloodstream.

Should not be a prob: It is not unusual for a tooth to be sore for a few weeks. If a piece of the composite broke off it will have no negative effect on you or the baby. It will just pass in the end.
