Different Class: Lexapro is an antidepressant and Adderall is a stimulant. Hard to answer which is less evil. Lexapro probably safer overall, but with some side effects. Adderall being a stimulant has potential more serious side effects, mostly cardiac [heart] due to it's stimulant properties. There is a very narrow of conditons that would warrant Adderall, most take for ADD/ADHD and daytime sleepiness conditions.
