Yea: No problems. Grapefruit effects the cytochrome p 450 3a4 isozyme in the liver that metabolizes drugs. Lexapro (escitalopram) and Adderall xr are metabolized predominantly by the cyp2d6 enzyme system, so there should be no problem.
