Wait: If you are close to childbearing you'd be best to wait. Your breasts will grow during pregnancy, sometimes very large and that will strain your scars from mastopexy. If you are bothered a great deal by the asymmetry and you have several years yet to wait before starting your family then see a plastic surgeon and go for it.

Suggestions: It depends on how serious you areabout having children. Breast asymmetries may require more than one stage to correct. Not everything can be corrected with implants. Generally it would be better to wait until after pregnancy since pregnancy adds further changes to the breast. The timing really relates to your priorities. Yes there are complications to all forms of breast surgery.
