Travel history: Have you travelled or being in contact with people having travelled to third world countries or undeveloped and potentially unsafe world zones? It seems to me that you may need a skin biopsy in your "active" lesions...and have a high level of suspicion for infectious processes endemic in the areas which you have visited. Psoriasis or other autoimmune condition have to be ruled out.
