Crystal ball: I don't have a crystal ball, cannot do an Orthodontic diagnosis without an examination. That's like asking over the computer whether your cough is due to a cold or throat cancer. Is your open bite dental or skeletal, vertical parameter or also sagittal and transverse parameters, etc. Please see a qualified specialistOrthodontist for an initial examination. Worth the trip.
