Liver toxicity: Tylenol overdose is very common and can be fatal. It can lead to liver failure. Disorders of the liver can cause cholestasis. It appears the Tylenol overdose may have caused liver damage. I highly suggest you have regular check-ups in a clinic or private physicians office.
