Acetaminophen: Do you take a blood thinner? None of the common side effects for this medication state that; and it does not appear to interact with blood thinners.

Nope: Acetaminophen has many impressive properties, but the only way it can affect coagulation is by interactions with other medicines which themselves thin the blood.
