Corns are not: normally black...so I would get a confirmatory diagnosis before recommending a treatment plan. Perhaps you have a wart.

Trapped blood.: Black colored skin around the toes can be seen when there has been capillary bleeding. The trapped blood will turn almost black as seen through the skin layers. There can also be pigmentary changes in the skin when extreme abrasive pressure is applied over time. Either way, to remove all doubt, have your foot examined by a specialist.
