Heavy bleeding: It sounds like your bleeding is quite heavy. If your surgery was 3 weeks ago then this might be your next period. There are many options to treat heavy periods. Schedule a follow up visit with your Obgyn to go over the pathology report from your surgery and to discuss treatment options for heavy periods.

Be seen: You may be passing too much blood. Let the doctor do an assessment and see who is on call for your doctor. This shouldn't be happening. All the best.
