18 yrs old- When I stand up from sitting, I get really dizzy to the point where my eyes feel like the room is black. Same with lying down- I get dizzy and feel weird. I don't have an ear infection - but have had pain in head really bad for week now?
Been on bed rest for 2 months. Sitting up now so body can adjust. Its better with eyes closed. Helps the dizzy head sitting up. Any idea why it helps?
