Sore: May or may not be related to your procedure. Best thing you can do is return to the Dentist for a post- treatment reevaluation. And what is it that was supposed to be free?

Might be: An herpetic sore caused by the stress of the dental procedure. If it hasn't healed in two weeks time, see your dentist.
