Red Soft Lump: Not sure where the seven months comes into play since your question is incomplete, but see your dentist to determine what that lesion might be.

Gum lump: Many possible causes for lump. Most probable is infection, but that's not the only possibility. You will require specific dental treatment. Pills alone will not fix your problem. Please make immediate appointment with General Dentist or gum specialist, a Periodontist.
