Is there another option for 1 gram of rocephin a day for 21 days to be used as treatment other than in a picc line? can it be in shots ?

See previous answer.: The real concern should be for the effective treatment of the infection not for the route of administration. You are more likely to have adverse events with 21 "deep into large muscle mass" injections than from a PICC line. You will run out of injection sites quickly and be so sore in your thighs and buttocks that you probably won't be able to walk.
