A member asked:

Is there a way for my hair to grow longer at a faster rate? for instance, can drinking more than 8 glasses of water a day help? if so, how much more?

No.: Hair growth is genetically determined and your hair follicles produce hair at the same rate unless you have a nutritional deficiency or an autoimmune disease. Drinking more water will not help. Make sure you are getting good nutrition to maximize hair growth. No supplements will boost the rate of growth unless you're missing certain vitamins or minerals in your diet.
