How can i get my hair to grow faster? i drink plenty of water, have taken biotin for a long period, and get regular trims. mine grows maybe 1/8"mo.

Biotin doesn't: Help. Water doesn't help. Trimming doesn't help. Hairs grow in spurts with each hair on a different schedule or growing for several months followed by remaining stable for months. The only way is to have good genetics and good nutrition and good overall health. Good luck. Nothing else helps.
