OB/GYN: You need an OB/GYN consult, pregnancy test, colposcopy and possible hysteroscopy, vaginal swab to rule out PID/STDs, urinalysis/culture and probably at this point a CT scan if you have severe pain. If the cyst was on the right side need CT to make sure appendicitis wasn't overlooked and rule out possible pelvic abscess. This depends on your vital signs, history, and physical exam.

Ruptured ovariancyst: If you ruptured an ovarian cyst with free fluid on the pelvic peritoneal lining, then there will be "irritation" in the form of pain which usually resolves when the fluid is absorbed. If not, consult with your GYN MD about ways to resolve this issue as constant pain in not normal.

Evaluation: Intercourse pain is a complex issue. If you recently had a sonogram that showed free fluid this could represent a ruptured cyst but constant pain with cramping and low back pain are atypical. A follow up visit with your Obgyn is warranted to investigate other possibilities. Pelvic inflammatory disease can cause these symptoms and would require antibiotics
