I had a cyst may2019. pain still persists on right side. down my leg and lower back right side. especially when exercising. could the cyst still be there after 7months? constant pelvic pressure and menstrual cramps. pls advise

Ovarian cyst ?'s: If the cyst were surgically removed, scar tissue may develop which causes pain with exercise or any abrupt shift in positions. Pelvic pain can also occur with endometriosis, which also can cause scar tissue. See your gyn for advice on potential treatment, and ask about low dose oral birth control if he/she suspects endometriosis.
