It depends: There are obviously a myriad of diagnoses being provided here, and trying to come up with a single etiology might take additional investigations of linking a large vessel vasculitis with a small fiber neuropathy as well as POTS. You need to see your physician who can look to tie together these issues in order to provide information regarding prognosis.
