Assessment : Hi, has your brother seen a doctor for a physical exam or regarding these symptoms recently? I would want to rule out if his symptoms are a result of his psychological stress or a medical issue. His symptoms are congruent with depressive symptoms which could very likely be a result of his psychological stress.
