I have large painful lump under my arm that began flowing pus and blood this morning?

Abscess: will require examination and surgical drainage. I would advise immediate medical evaluation at PCP or UCF clinic- do not ignore these symptoms.

Lump under your arm: is most likely an infected sebaceous cyst or an abscess. It has ruptured and may heal on its own if you keep it very clean. Unfortunately, with the rising prevalence of MRSA (Methicillin resistant Strep aurea), you may need antibiotics, and/or further opening by a physician. I suggest that you have this evaluated at an Urgent Care center.
