If i am taking lugols for thyroid do i continue taking them even if i get unwell?

Yes: If you mean get unwell with some other illness then certainly the last thing you want is to go off meds and have your thyroid go out of control. If you mean you're feeling unwell since starting the Lugols please go and see your doctor urgently to make sure the dose is right as occasionally there can be complications from treatment
