On celexa for almost 6 weeks. 10mg for 3 weeks and now 20mg for almost 3 weeks. feel like its not fully working yet. this past week depression is back

Hang in there: With medications like Celexa, it usually takes about 4-6 weeks before you see consistent improvement in symptoms. That being said, your dose may need to be adjusted further as you are experiencing only partial response so far. Recommend discussing concerns with doctor. Hope this helps. Best.
