Probably a virus: These two things may be related ... In which case, it's probably a virus; rarely it could be an infection with a parasite. Viruses will pass and be killed by your immune system in 7-14 days, in general. If this persists either: the symptoms are not related, or there is another cause. Intestinal parasites/worms can cause allergic reactions, right lower pain, and bloodshot eyes. See your dr.!

Abdominal pain: Possible causes of right lower abdominal pain include Appendicitis, Ectopic pregnancy, Ovarian cyst, Endometriosis, Inguinal hernia, Seminal Vesiculitis, GI obstruction, renal infection or stones & gastroenteritis just to mention a few. If you have severe abdominal pain then urgent medical evaluation is indicated. Abdominal pain with change to stool pattern warrants evaluation.
