Can i give my 6 year old children's flonase, a multi-symptom cold medicine, and tylenol?

Meds: Flonase is for treatment of allergic rhinitis not common cold. Some multi-symptom cold medications also contain acetaminophen (active ingredient in Tylenol). Check label of multi-symptom cold medication for acetaminophen so child you are not giving extra Tylenol.
