The Bisoprolol could: easily contribute to positional blood pressure changes that make you dizzy. There was probably a change in your hydration status between the first day and the second when you had normal BP and were not dizzy. The first day you were probably a little dehydrated. Maintain good hydration and you should in general be asymptomatic.
