Connective tissue...: Anywhere there is connective tissue, sarcomas may arise. The frontal bone would be a very unusual place for this tumor to be found; it's usually found clinically at the limbs. Most radiographic imaging can detect these neoplasms readily.

Most sarcomas found: Depending on proliferating cell type , both malignant and benign skull tumors can be found. Includes : Bone forming osteosarcoma , Ewing Sa, Cartilage forming lesions and Sa of blood or blood vessel origin. Giant cell tumors converting to sarcomas can be enormous in size and invade into brain. Using MRI even small benign skull tumors can be identified.
