Seborrhea: Sounds like you have a condition called Seborrheic Dermatitis. This typically characterized by scaly, flaky and irritated skin on the scalp, brows, around ears and nose. Treatment often consists of dandruff shampoos, topical antifungals and/or corticosteroid lotions. Best to see your PCP or Derm for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
