Hi... i'm male 31 and my wife is 24. we have been trying to conceive for a year now. but no luck...doctor advised us to go for iui or ivf... any sugg?

Testing first: Complete the workup first: hsg for the fallopian tubes, sperm analysis and test for the functions of the ovary and ovulation. Then you and your physician can make better decision about what treatment to us.

Diagnosis?: Either ivf or IUI 'might' give you what you are looking for, but the choice depends on your diagnosis - if you don''t know what's broken, you don't know how to fix it. Ask your/her doctor for an explanation of 'why' IUI vs. Ivf before proceeding!
