Congested headache: It sounds like you have head congestion. Most important thing for you during your illness is to try an over-the-counter decongestant such as Sudafed or Benadryl. Both medications are very effective. Tylenol, Motrin or Advil may help with your headache as well. Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated. Good luck.
