Feeling very weak/drained and tired after workout. after i got done i had weakness in my arms and legs. and felt tired. what causes this?

Workout fatigue: Fatigue after working out is not that uncommon. However, it should not be such that you can not function. Be sure to stretch before and after working out; be sure you are getting 6-8 hours of sleep; be sure to get plenty of protein. I prefer Premier Protein after I do P90X3 or Body Beast.
