My tsh varies from 2.7 to 5.6 uiu/ml, while my ft3 is 4 and ft4 is 11 pmol/l. could this be causing my fatigue and weakness in legs and arms?

Repeat tests and or: In this situation I would repeat thyroid blood tests plus order thyroid peroxidase antibody test, to make sure that you did not get autoimmune disease with your thyroid. Your situation could because by chronic stress, by unhealthy lifestyle, including lack of exercise and not eating organic and healthy food. And you should see an endocrinologist specialist too.

Unlikely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it is unlikely that thyroid disorder is the explanation for your fatigue. High sex drive and fatigue usually do not go together.
